A little bit country – A little bit rock n’ roll

Back in August, we planned a shoot with a light, bohemian feel and fashions from Kismet Clothing in Calgary. When the weather turned ugly, we had to shift our thinking and search for a covered location. The resulting photos had a totally different feel than we originally planned but I was so pleased with the results.

Special thanks to:

Annabel of Kismet Clothing for providing our fashions.

Our models, Vanessa & Michelle, who endured subzero temperatures to make pretty pictures. You can’t even see the goosebumps girls.

Shea Brown of Hue Hair Salon + Eco Boutiq for hair and make-up (and for loaning us her boots).

Tara Watts of Hue Hair Salon + Eco Boutiq for styling tips.

Cam Clark of Cam Clark Ford, for access to his vintage car collection. My heart skipped a beat when those garage doors opened.

Debbie at Lazy S Arena, for generously allowing us to shoot at their facility.

To Tigger for posing like a true champ (and Sue, his owner).
