Guest book ideas

As a wedding photographer, I love to see couples put a personal stamp on their celebrations.  Gone are the days of “cookie-cutter” weddings where things “have” to be done a certain way.  For the recent The Pop-up Wedding, I wanted to give guests brides unique guest book ideas for their own weddings.  I guess you could say that I’ve never been a fan of the traditional feather pen.

Using one of Carolyn and Ryan’s engagement photographs, I created what will ultimately be a contemporary, 3-dimensional, art piece for their home.  The image was cut into segments and each guest added a personal message to the back of that segment.  Here the staff of The Hotel Arts Group offered their best wishes.

Now that it’s assembled, the Carolyn and Ryan have mosaic-style art to display in their home that has been “blessed” by all of the guests at their vow renewal.  The mosaic guest book has been added to my wedding menu and is available to my upcoming clients.  I’d love to chat with you about it.
